This is the official weblog of the VHSE NSS unit of Govt. Model V&HSS Vellanad.
The school is situated in the beautiful village of Vellanad, on the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram the capital city of the south Indian state of Kerala. The school caters to around 3500 students who study from classes 5 to 12, under the Kerala state syllabus.
The NSS unit of the Vocational Higher Secondary section has been the torch bearer of many new activities not just in the school, but in the community as well.
The activities of this unit have been applauded by many in and around Vellanad. But many outside our area of activity were unaware of our work. This made us to think of ways to inform as many people as possible about our activities, thus leading to the creation of this blog.
Today we have our presence on Facebook as well.
Please contact us to share your views and suggestions.
